FAQ

Q: How should I care for my lavender plant in my yard?
A:  Make sure you prune it every year. Cut back the plant leaving 2-3 inches of green growth above the wooded area.
It is recommended to replace plants that are 10 years old.

Q: When is the best time to plant lavender?
A:  Spring or Fall are the best times to plant to allow the plants time to get established.
Q: Is there a certain variety of lavender that is edible?
A: YES! Please make sure you are using a culinary lavender when you are cooking, baking or making drinks with
     lavender.
If you use other varieties they will be too strong and give a bitter taste. English lavenders are the best varieties to      use for culinary purposes.
